CONGRATULATIONS TO ALL FOR MAKING THE
STRIKE ON 16TH MARCH, 2017 A GRAND SUCCESS
We
are very happy to inform all of you that, as per the reports received, large
number of employees including Assistant Accounts Officers from all over the
country participated in the one day strike on 16th March, 2017 under
the united banner of NFCAA.
The
strike was total in Assam, West Bengal, Andhra Pradesh and Telengana, Kerala
and Mumbai. Participation of more than 90% (Ninety) percent members has been
reported from the State of Tamilnadu and Pondicherry as a whole. Strike was
100% in majority of the units of Tamilnadu. In Karnataka strike was a stupendous
success. 85% members participated and the strike was 100% in all major units.
Strike in Rajasthan was equally encouraging. More than 80% members were on
strike. All major units were totally closed with 100% participation. Success of
the strike was more than 60% in Pune and 40% in Nagpur. Cent percent participations were there in the
major Units of these two stations. Strike was partial in Orissa and Delhi. Till
we prepare this circular, written reports from various stations were awaited.
It
has been reported by our Branches from different stations that, ignoring the
threatening of Controller General of Accounts to take disciplinary action and
threatening of certain employees organization that no protection shall be
extended to the participants of strike if disciplinary action is taken by the
authorities, huge number of employees including Assistant Accounts Officers
have participated in the strike which made the strike cent percent in 90%
offices.
The
strike was therefore, a stupendous success and the National Federation of Civil
Accounts Associations (NFCAA) congratulates its members for making the strike a
grand success.
The
Central Government Gazetted Officers Organization (CCGGOO) had extended its
official support to strike call given by the Confederation of Central
Government Employees and workers (CCGE&Ws) and directed its affiliates to
organize solidarity programmes in support of the strike.
Responding
to this, the All India Association of Pay and Accounts Officers (Civil) had
directed its Branches to organize lunch hour demonstration and other supportive
actions on 16th March, 2017. As per our report, solidarity
programmes were organized in Shillong, Guwahati, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Bangalore,
Chennai, Cochin, Trivandrum, Mumbai and Delhi by the Branches of All India
Association of Pay and Accounts Officers (Civil).
The
National Federation of Civil Accounts Associations therefore, offers its

CONFEDERATION
TRADE UNION CAMP AT TRIVANDRUM
ON 6TH
AND 7TH MAY 2017
The
Confederation of Central Government Employees & workers has decided to
organize Trade Union Education Camp at Trivandrum on 6th & 7th
May 2017.
Pursuance of Confederation's decision, it has been decided
that Branch wise Delegates from NFCAA shall be as below –

Branches
shall select Delegates and inform Federation headquarters. Office Bearers of
Confederation shall have to attend compulsorily and they shall be in addition
to the number of delegates stated above. All delegates are requested to book
their journey tickets in advance so that they can travel comfortably. Non-availability
of tickets should not be cited as a reason for non-participation.
The
venue of the camp is EMS Academy, situated in a picturesque, clam and quite
place, ideally suited for study camp, which is about 11 Kilometers from
Thiruvananthapuram Central Railway station and Bus stand and 17 Kilometers from
Trivandrum, Airport.
Accommodation
will be arranged by the Reception Committee from 5th May afternoon
to 8th may morning 6 AM. Food will be supplied from 5th
night (dinner) to 7th night (dinner). There will be no food on 8th
morning.
Reception
Committee volunteers will be available at RMS office situated near to Railway
station and Bus stand (Kerala state Road Transport Corporation – KSRTC-Bus
stand) from 5th May morning to 8th May morning.
Nobody
will be allowed to leave the camp from 6th morning to 7th
evening 5 PM. Strict discipline will be
enforced in the camp. Those who want to see tourist places should arrange their
travel in such a way that on 6th & 7th May they will
attend the camp without fail. It will be better to arrange the tour programme
before or after the camp dates.
The
delegate fee per head is fixed as Rs. 800/- (Rs. Eight hundred only) including
food and accommodation. Nobody will be allowed to stay outside the camp venue
and there is no hotel or tourist home near the camp venue as it is an isolated
place.

The expenses of the
delegates shall borne by the Branches from the share of special fund collected
