STATUS OF THE CASE FILED ON AAO (CIVIL) EXAMINATION: RESTORATION OF EXAMINATION AND CONTINUATION OF EXEMPTIONS.

 

Dear Comrades, 

 

The CGA authorities have submitted the counter-affidavit on 30th July 2021 to the petition filed by us in the High Court of Delhi on AAO (Civil) Examination. Our Advocate has prepared the Rejoinder to the counter affidavit and file the same on the next working day.  The next scheduled date for the hearing of the case is 2nd August 2021.

 

On the hearing date of the case, our Advocate has submitted the Rejoinder (counter affidavit) to the court. The next date of hearing shall be 23-09-2021.

Com. Madam Sharma, Sr. Accountant, PAO, CBIC, Indore has retired from Service on 31.07.2021. He was a staunch supporter of the Association.  He continued his membership to the Association inspite of all odds.  He is soft spoken and very amenable by nature. Members like him are the assets to the Association.  

 

We on behalf of NFCAA wish Com. Madam Sharma a very happy, healthy and long retired life. 

 

He shall continue in his activities as member of All India Civil Accounts Pensioners Association.

COURT CASE ON PROMOTION OF SR. ACCOUNTANT AS AAO UNDER 10%QUOTA.

 

Dear Comrades/members , 

The Draft petition for filing of case for promotion of Sr. Accountants as AAO under 10% quota has been finalised.  Advocate has asked us to  provide list of the  persons eligible for promotion including those who have retired for annexing with petition.

Since as per the decision the expenses for the case shall be borne by the Association so no financial aid will be sought from individual members. 

However, all are advised to ensure deduction of their membership subscription and if due to any reason subscription not deducted kindly request respective DDOs to do so.

In response to the quarries received from the members regarding eligibility criteria for promotion of Sr. Accountants as AAOs under 10% promotion quota, it is being informed that 

1. the Sr. Accountant should complete 10 years of service in the cadre and 

2. cross the age of 53 years on the 1st January of the year.

JOINT DELEGATION OF AICAEA AND AICAEACAT-II MET THE NEW CGA

ON 2^ND AUGUST 2021 

A  Delegation comprising Com.  V. Bhattacharjee, Secretary General, NFCAA and Member, Staff Side JCM (NC), Com. Krishna K Yadav, Secretary General, AICAEA, Com. Vinod Kumar, Central Working Committee member and Branch Secretary, AICAEA CAT-II, Delhi Branch and Com. P. K. Bhagat, Vice- President, AICAEA Delhi Branch met Shri Deepak Das new Controller General of Accounts who took charge on 1st August. 2021.

Other prime National/Federal Executive Members stationed in Delhi could not be the part of the Delegation due to their medical problems. 

The Delegation congratulated Shri Deepak Das for his appointment as the CGA and handed over a Memorandum to him containing 24 demands of the AICAEA and AICAEA CAT-II. While receiving the Memorandum, CGA has stated that he shall examine the contents of the Memorandum and arrange discussion for considering the issues in a few days.

The Delegation offered thanks to CGA for meeting the Delegation and accepting the Memorandum inspite of very long que of visitors and a very tight schedule.
