Sir,

        I have been directed to bring it to your kind information that, the officials qualify  in the AAO (Civil) Examinations being fresher’s, need to undergo induction training on being appointed as Assistant Accounts Officers so that they could be acquainted with their duties and responsibilities to perform and discharge their duties properly. Our Branches from different parts of the country have informed that AAO of 2017 batch are yet to undergo induction training.

       In view of the above, I have been directed to request your kind self that, the officials who have passed the AAO (Civil) Supplementary Examination 2018 and going to be posted as Assistant Accounts Officers may also kindly imparted induction training immediately after their appointment as AAOs.

Com. W. Shampliang, Ex- Assistant Secretary General, AICAEA  breathed his last on 20^th May 2019 at about 12.30 pm at Shillong.

In the 6th Branch Conference of AICAEA, N. E. Branch held on 24/8/2002 Com. W.  Shampliang was elected as Vice-president of the Branch and in the 7th Conference held on 22/5/04 he was elected as Branch President.

Com. Shampliang was elected as Assistant Secretary General of AICAEA(CHQ) in Lucknow Central Working Committee Meeting held in October 2005.  

In building up united organisation of Civil Accounts Employees, Com. Shampliang had immense contribution. He was  being loved by all because of his amenable behavior. 

Com. Shampliang had retired from government on 31/12/2009.

NFCAA offers its red salute to this great leader.
