Subject: Meeting held on 30th May 2013 between the official side and the National Executive of All India Civil Accounts Employees Association.
Ref: Your office endorsement No:- A-11019/25/2011/MF.CGA(A)/NGE /AICAEA-HQ/dated 24th June 2013.
The extended National Executive meeting of this Association held at New Delhi on 20th & 21st September 2013 observed that, though four months have elapsed after the meeting between the official side and the National Executives of this Association was held under your Chairpersonship on 30th May 2013 but the items discussed in the meeting are yet to be settled.
The meeting therefore, directed me to request you that, to avoid further delay in settlement of the items, a meeting with the National Executive of this Association may kindly be convened before the closure of the month of October 2013 for the review of the progress of the items discussed.
I have also been directed to request you to ask your office to inform the date of meeting atleast a fortnight in advance so that the National Executive Members from different parts of the country could procure their journey reservations and travel comfortably.
