CONGRATUALTIONS
Principal CAT Judgment on grant of higher pays scale of Rs 1150-1500 with effect from 01-01-1986 to the DEO Grade – A instead of from 11-09-1989 has been implemented. CGA vide order dated 07-10-2008 has stated that All Members of All India Civil Accounts Employees working as data entry operators Grade-A should be granted the benefit from 01-01-1986 or from the date of their appointment which ever is later.

Enhancement of Rate of Short Term Advances
Ministry of Finance, vide OM. No. 07-10-2008 has enhanced the rates of following advances
| BI- CYCLE ADVANCE | 3000/- | Drawing Grade Pay upto Rs. 2800/- shall be eligible |
| WARM CLOTHING ADVANCE | 3000/- | Rule 38 relating to recovery of interest has been deleted |
| FESTIVAL ADVANCE | 3000/- | Drawing Grade Pay upto Rs. 4800/- shall be eligible |
| NATURAL CLAMITY ADVANCE | 5000/- |

These rates of advances shall be increased by 25% whenever the Dearness Allowance poayble on revised pay Structure goes up by 50%
