Subject: - Settlement of Charter of Demands – Reg
Sir,
We would like to refer the letter No.AICAEA/HQ/A-2/10/4345 dated 21st
January 2010 of the All India Civil Accounts Employees Association and
state that no favourable action on any of the issues referred in the
said letter has been learnt to be taken by your office so far. Hence,
wide resentment among the rank and file membership of All India Civil
Accounts Employees Association and All India Civil Accounts Employees
Association Category II has been generated.
Further, the Associations we are representing, have
considered the decision of Joint Action committee of Accounts & Audit
Employees and Officers Organizations (of which the Associations are
constituents) to go on one day Mass Casual leave on 8th April 2010 in
pursuance of demands such as implementation of Arbitration award on
Audit & Accounts Employees and grant of appropriate pay scales to
different cadres at par with CSS cadres etc.
Therefore, on behalf of above Associations we are to inform
you that, the members of both Associations shall go on one day Mass
Casual Leave on 8th April 2010 demanding immediate negotiated
settlement of the demands.
The charter of Demands in support of which the employees
shall resort to the protest action is enclosed herewith for your kind
reference.
We shall be thankful if the demands are settled through negotiations
before 8th April 2010.
Thanking you,
Enclo: as stated above.
Yours faithfully,
(V.Bhattacharjee)
