I directed to invite your kind attention to this Association's letter No: AICAEA/HQ/A-2/2010/108-27 dated 4th July 2010 on the above mentioned subject and state that, we have not so far received any favorable response to the request made through the said letter.
Therefore, on behalf of this Association, I would like to inform you that our units through out the country shall hold protest demonstration on 28th July 2010 in order to register their resentment against the indifference of Civil Accounts authority towards the problems of the employees.
The Association is hopeful that, you would kindly appreciate the plight of the employees and respond to the Association favorably so that resentment among the employees does not precipitate further.

Subject: Multiskilling training to Group-D Employees engaged in Departmental Canteens functioning under different Departments of Civil Accounts Organization
Sir,
I would like to invite your kind attention to this Association's letter No: AICAEA/HQ/A-2/10/4341-45 dated 3rd March 2010 on the above mentioned subject. Under the said letter, we had requested you to kindly arrange training to Group-D employees working in Departmental Canteen as per DOPT. OM dated 19th October 2009 so that they could be placed in PB-I and extended other benefits applicable to them in the form of MACP etc.
But, it is very unfortunate to record here that, your office has not taken any action to help these lowest paid Employees so far.
I therefore, request you to kindly take early favorable action in this respect by issuing the orders and endorse a copy of the same to this Association for its further necessary action.

We would like to invite your attention to the third para of our letter No: AICAEA/HQ/A-2/09/4230 dated 16/11/2009 werein we had requested you to kindly direct your office to issue orders revising the rate of qualification pay with effect from 1st January 2006 in term of the recommendations of 6th CPC.
But it is Seven months, your office has not taken any action in this respect.
It will therefore, be highly appreciable if an early action is taken in this respect and a copy of the order is endorsed this Association.

Subject: Implementation of 6CPC recommendations – grant of Honorarium for checking of pay fixation cases and revision of pension cases.
Sir,
I am directed to invite your kind attention to this Association's letter No: AICAEA/HQ/A-2/09/2250 dated 31st July 2009 and state that, under the said letter we had requested you to kindly issue orders granting honorarium at fixed rates to different categories of Employees and officers of Civil Accounts Organization for checking of pay fixation cases and revision of pension cases as has been done by the CGDA.
But it is very unfortunate that, your office has not taken action in this regard within last one year.
Therefore, on behalf of this Association, I request you to kindly intervene into the matter personally and take a favorable action at an early date.
It will be highly appreciable, if a line intimating the favorable action taken is forwarded to this Association.

Subject: Setting up of Department Anomaly Committee for the Ministry of Finance-Reg.
Sir,
I am enclosing herewith a copy of the OM. No. 7/5/2009-Coord dated 4th March 2010 issued by Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue regarding formation of Departmental Anomaly Committee for Ministry of Finance.
Since the All India Civil Accounts Employees Association is one of the members of the Departmental Council (JCM), Ministry of Finance, it is the part of the Departmental Anomaly Committee also. Being one of the staff side members of the Departmental Anomaly Committee; I on behalf of the All India Civil Accounts Employees Association, have submitted four items of anomalies arisen after implementation of 6CPC recommendation for their inclusion as items from Civil Accounts Organization. Though the items have been submitted through the staff side leader of the Departmental Council (JCM) as per the instructions of Director (Coord), Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, a copy of same is annexed herewith for further necessary action from your end.
