                All the Federal executive members should complete their tour within 5^th February 2014 positively. They shall draw out their tour programme in such a manner that they could take part in the Day long Dharna on 29^th January 2014 (JAC Programme) at their Branch headquarters. They shall also intimate the date of their visit to Federation Headquarters before they proceed. In addition to strike mobilization, they shall also ensure enrolment of membership and formation of Unit/ Branches wherever necessary.

            All Branches are requested to draw up plan for visiting all the units including their outstation Units and intimate the same to federation headquarters in advance.

            All leaders of Units and Branches to be visited are requested to extend their co-operation to the visiting leaders.
