Dear Comrades,

Form an apparent study of the 7CPC recommendations it has clearly emerged out that the COC of Civil Accounts Employees and officers Associations had very rightly decided to hold convention on Cadre Review at Nagpur on 25th November 2015.

However, due to bad weather condition, trains towards Nagpur from south are being cancelled daily and our Branches have informed that the Delegates are not able to reach Nagpur due to such a condition.

Therefore, it has been decided to postpone the convention for a fortnight and a fresh date shall be informed.
