Subject: - Settlement of Charter of demands of the Co-ordination Committee of Civil Accounts Employees and Officers Associations.

We would like to refer our letter No.COC/CA/2016/Corr-4 dated 21-09-2016 and state that, we on behalf of the Co-ordination Committee of Civil Accounts Employees and Officers Associations had forwarded the Charter of Demands through the said letter for your kind perusal and early favourable action.

Unfortunately we have not yet received any communication intimating the action taken on any of the demands by your office.

It is more than two years, all sorts of promotional prospects and other benefits available for the officers and employees have come to a halt.
Therefore, the resentment has precipitated among the officers and employees in a most justified manner and this co-ordination committee has decided that, all state/station/ regional level forums of the Co-ordination committees shall hold a Daylong Dharna on 26th of October 2016 to register their resentment.
The co-ordination Committee has also decided that, it shall meet in Delhi on 16th November 2016 and review the overall situation. If it finds no progress on the Charter of Demands, then it shall have no other alternative but to initiate sustained organizational actions by resorting to an instant sitin in front of your office.
The co-ordination Committee is however, confident that, the situation would not reach to such a level in case there is a personal intervention your kind self.
We therefore, request you to kindly intervene immediately and take appropriate action for the settlement of the enclosed demands of the Co-ordination Committee.
Thanking you,
Yours Sincerely,
Enclo:- as stated above.
