Non-payment of Pensionary benefits and
denial of pension purposefully to the pensioner by the PAO, Central Excise,
Madurai – request for intervention regarding.
Sir,
I have been informed by our AICAEA, Tamilnadu and Pondicherry
Branch, Chennai and AICAEA, PAO, Central Excise Unit, Madurai that, in response
to our request letter No.
AICAEA/HQ/C-3/2017/360-378 dated19.06.2017 on the above mentioned subject, you had
kindly intervened immediately and on account of this, the
PPO of Shri Venkatasubramanian, retired Senior Accountant and ex-President of
the Association had been sent to the CPAO by the PAO, Central Excise, Madurai
instantly. Leave Salary and Group Insurance amounts of Shri Venkatasubramanian
have also been released by the PAO. Further, his Form16 in respect of the year
2016-17 has been handed over to him.
Therefore, I on behalf of this Association
and its Branch and Unit concerned and also on behalf of Shri
K.Venkatasubramanian, offer my sincere thanks to your esteemed self for your
kind and early favorable action to our request.
The above discussed favorable action of yours being a
positive response to the grievance of an employee after a gap of more than
three years, entirety of employees of Civil Accounts formation of C.B.E.C set
up are extremely happy to learn about it and all of them expressed the hope
that, now the congenial atmosphere shall return in the department and all long
pending grievances of the employees shall get resolved at the earliest due to the
positive and helpful approach of the administration of yours.
