Sir,
I have been directed by the National Executives of this
Association to bring it to your kind information that, it is nearly two months
none of the agenda items discussed by the Joint Controller General of Accounts

contrary to the assurances given in the meeting causing serious damage to the
cadre interests.
The National Executives therefore, further directed me to
request you to kindly convene a meeting with the National Executive of this
Association on the items discussed in the said meeting under your
chairpersonship at the earliest.
However, due to changes in the situation, the items
discussed had also changed slightly. Therefore, we are attaching herewith an
updated Charter of Demands for discussion in the proposed meeting.
We shall be highly

the earliest.
Thanking you,
