Subject: - Meeting with representatives of Association discussion on the remaining items of the meeting held on 10^th April, 2019 regarding.

Reference: - 1.   Letter No:- 11019/25/2018/MF.CGA(A)/NGE/AICAEA/Part/721 dated 19^th   March,2019 of the office of Controller General of Accounts.

             2.   Letter No:- COC/CA/2019/Corr-3 dated 20.03.2019 of this Co-ordination Committee.

Sir,

We have been directed to invite your kind attention to the above referred letters. It was decided by your kind self as the Chairperson of the meeting held between the official side of Controller General of Accounts Office and the prime and senior level National Executive Members of All India Civil Accounts Employees Association, All India Association of Pay and Accounts Officers (Civil) and All India Civil Accounts Employees Association Category-II on 10^th April, 2019 that, the items listed form Sl. No:- 14 to 21shall be discussed in a subsequent meeting  and the date for the same shall be decided mutually.

Accordingly, we propose a date between 27^th May and 6^th June, 2019 for the meeting

and request you to kindly decide the date at your convenience and direct your office to inform us about the same at an early date.

Since the meeting will be held in continuation of the meeting held on 10^th April, 2019, we shall have no the difficulty in attending the meeting with the same set of National Executive Members who had attended the meeting of 10^th April, 2019 and as informed by us vide our letter No:- COC/CA/2019/Coor-5 dated 08.04.2019.

Further, as desired by you in the meeting of 10^th April, 2019, the All India Civil Accounts Employees Association vide its letter No:- AICAEA/HQ/A-2/2019/184-185 dated 23.04.2019 has submitted a detailed proposal for resolving the situation arisen after AAO(Civil) Supplementary Examination 2018. Since a large number of the members of the Association concerned are affected and huge numbers of vacancies are there in the cadre of AAO and the cadres below the level of AAO as well, we shall request you to kindly discuss and finalize this matter also in the proposed meeting.
