IMPLEMENTATION OF 1ST CADRE REVIEW OF ALL GROUP B&C EMPLOYEES
AND OFFICERS OF CIVIL ACCOUNTS ORGANIZATION AFTER
TAKING INTO CONSIDERATION THE PROPOSAL SUBMITTED BY COC.

Proposal finalized. Altogether 176 posts shall be
reduced.
MTS:
-30% promotion prospects (15% on seniority-cu8m fitness and 15% on Department
Examinations). Allowing graduate MTS to appear for
Accountant Examination shall be considered.
LDC:-
To be upgraded as Accounts Assistant to pay Level 4.
D.E.O:-Shall
be merged with Accountant.
Acctt:-Demand
of staff side for upgradation to pay Level 6 shall be re-considered.

10% posts of AAO to be earmarked

STOPPAGE OF VINDICTIVE TRANSFERS OF OFFICE BEARERS OF THE ASSOCIATIONS AND UNINTERRUPTED FOREIGN SERVICE FACILITY -
CONTINUATION OF THE SEAT IN ((NATIONAL COUNCIL)) J.C.M. TO A.I.C.A.E.A. IN PARTICULAR.

Seat in JCM
(NC) has been restored due to recommendations of CGA. AICAEA as well as the
Co-ordination Committee offered thanks to all the officers of CGA office for their
help and recommendation.
Necessary
action to provide accommodation to AIAPAO
(Civil) and office
furniture to AICAEA shall be made.

RECOGNITION TO A.I.C.A.E.A. CAT-II IMMEDIATELY BEING THE SECOND MAJOR
ASSOCIATION IN TERMS OF CCS (RSA) RULES 1993.

Under
active consideration. President AIAPAO (Civil) has been requested
to look in the discrepancy prevailing in four Ministries
to expedite the process of granting recognition to the Association.

SITUATION ARISEN AFTER AAO (CIVIL) CIVIL SUPPLEMENTARY EXAMINATION 2018
|
1. Concern expressed by staff side appreciated.
Actions shall be taken in consultation with examination cell.
2. Conducting of Examination shall continue.
3. AICAEA to provide the information relating to
candidates left with one paper to clear and its other suggestion urgently
through a letter so that decisions can be taken by the authorities
expeditiously.
