YEAR 2020.

PROSPEROUS NEW YEAR 2020.
16TH/8TH AICS OF
AICAEA/AICAEA CAT-II AND 8TH NATIONAL CONVENTION OF WOMEN’S
COMMITTEE OF NATIONAL FEDERATION OF CIVIL ACCOUNTS ASSOCIATIONS
The 16th/8th AICs of
AICAEA/AICAEA Cat-II and the 8th National Convention of Women’s
Committee of National Federation of Civil Accounts Associations were held at
Hyderabad from 3rd to 5th January, 2020. Large number of
Delegates for both the Conferences and Women Delegates for the national
convention attended the events. The Conferences and the Women’s Convention have
taken numerous decisions and elected new National Executive Committees and
National Women’s Committee for the next term. Details of the decisions taken by
the Conferences shall be circulated among the members by the respective
Associations.
In pursuance of the views given by the delegates,
it has been decided that following special committees shall be formulated under
the auspices of the National
Federation of Civil Accounts Associations for improvements in the function of
the Associations.
NATIONAL SPORTS
AND CULTURAL COMMITTEE
In order to
promote Sports and Cultural activities and to unite the employees through
Sports and Cultural activities, following decisions have been taken-
A.
A committee in the name of “National Sports and Cultural Committee of
National Federation of Civil Accounts Employees Associations” has been
formed. This committee is as below:-

Vice Chairman: Com. Vimal Kumar, MHA,
Delhi
3.
Vice
Chairman:
Com.
Ajay K. Patole, Commerce, Mumbai
4.
Convenor:
Com.
Arijit Lahiri, Mines, Kolkata
5.
Joint
Convenor:
Com. Bapu Rao, Mines, Hyderabad.
6.
Committee
Members: Com. Nitin Meshram, I&B, Nagpur
(Stations/Branches
not represented in the Sl. No: - 1 to 5 shall nominate one representative
jointly by both AICAEA and AICAEA Cat-II like Sl. No:- 6 within 15th January 2020 to further
expand the Committee).
B.
At Branch level similar committees shall be formed.
C.
The National Sports & Cultural Committee shall endeavour to organize National Level tournament and programmes
by the end of 2020.
D.
Before, National Level tournament, Branch/Regional Level tournaments
shall be organized which should conclude before October, 2020.
E.
All details and expansion of the Committee shall be decided and
finalized by the National level Committee.
F.
Secretary Generals of All India Civil Accounts Employees Association and
All India Civil Accounts Employees Category-II shall be ex-officio members to
the Committee.
DIGITIZATION
COMMITTEE
In order to keep pace with the development in
electronic arena, it has been decided to form a digitization committee which
will function as an aid to the National Federation of Civil Accounts Employees
Associations and its affiliates such as All India Civil Accounts Employees
Association and All India Civil Accounts Employees Category-II. Following shall
be members of the committee:-

- Com. Mahes Kumar Chandan, CBIC, Nagpur

Civil Accounts Employees Category-II and Com. Krishna Kumar Yadav, Secretary
General, All India Civil Accounts Employees Association shall be the
Coordinators in this matter. All matters pertaining to digitization shall be
routed through the Secretary Generals of All India Civil Accounts
Employees Association and All India Civil Accounts Employees
Category-II.
