Subject: Settlement of long pending demands through mutual dialogue.
Sir,
I am directed to inform you that the 4th Federal Council Meeting of the National Federation of Civil Accounts Associations (NFCAA) represented by All India Civil Accounts Employees Association and All India Civil Accounts Employees Association Category-II held at Shillong on 11th and 12th June 2010 has identified the long pending demands of different categories of Employees working in the Civil Accounts Organization and listed those items in the form of a "Charter of Demands". The 4th Federal Council meeting also directed its Affiliates i.e. All India Civil Accounts Employees Association and All India Civil Accounts Employees Association Category-II to pursue the demands with the appropriate authorities for their early settlement.
The Central Working Committee Meeting of this Association held on 11th and 12th June 2010 at Shillong itself alongwith the 4th Federal Council meeting of NFCAA endorsed the above referred Charter of Demands and decided to request you to kindly settle the demands at the earliest.
I am therefore, annexing herewith the Charter of Demands for your ready reference.
You are requested kindly to convene a meeting between your good self and the National Executive of this Association at your earliest convenience for settlement of the demands through mutual dialogue.
Date of the meeting may kindly be informed atleast a fortnight in advance so that our outstation National Executive Members could procure their journey reservations comfortably.
