Sir,

 

            I would like to refer the meeting held between the official side and the National Executive of this Association under your Chairpersonship on 12^th December 2011 and inform you that, we have not received the minutes of the meeting so far.

 

            As was instructed by you, we have been requesting your office repeatedly to show us the draft minutes (as per the JCM norm) before finalizing it. But no favorable response has so far been received by us.

 

            However, when we had met the Jt. CGA on 18^th January 2012, we were assured by her that the minutes shall be issued within a week's time and before finalization of minutes we shall be invited to see it in the draft stage. But till today we have not received any information in this respect from your office.

 

            Further, we had also requested the Jt. CGA to take up the matter of renovation of Central Office of the Association with CCA, Supply as per the decision given by your kind self in the meeting and intimate us for our further necessary action. But we have not received any information so far.

 

            Apart from the above, some other staff matters are also required to be discussed by us immediately as the matters are connected with the future of the employees.

 

            Since our request for an immediate discussion on above matters have not been conceded by officer concerned of your office and the Addl. Controller General of Accounts has been leant to be on long leave, I have been directed to request you to kindly provided us a few minutes time within this week so that we could meet and discuss with you and also place the urgent nature problems of the employees referred above for their favorable and expeditions settlement.

 

            We appreciate the value of your time. But finding no other way we have been seeking time form you and hope you would not kindly disappoint the employees by not discussing their problems with their representatives.
