Dear Comrades,

PARTICIPATE AND MAKE THE JOINT DHARNA
 OF ACCOUNTS AND AUDIT EMPLOYEES & OFFICERS
ON 26TH MARCH 2014 A GRAND SUCCESS

            In pursuance of the decision of the Joint National Executive meeting of constituents of apex JAC held on 11th January 2014, the apex level JAC vide its Circular No. JAC/Circular-5/2014 dated 12th March 2014 has requested its constituents to direct their Branches and units to revive/re-constitute local JACs immediately by contacting the leadership of different organizations of  employees and officers of Accounts Audit departments and implement the decision of joint Dharna by local JACs on 26th March 2014 in a centrally located place.

            We appeal upon all Branches/Units to refer the above mentioned apex JAC Circular and take all measures to implement the programme. The Branches are requested to take effort of contacting the leadership of local Units/Branches of constituents of JAC and convey them the decision of apex JAC regarding formation of local JAC and holding Dharna on 26th March 2014. Branches are also requested to intimate the progress on the matter to federation headquarters from time to time.

NATIONAL CONVENTION OF CENTRAL GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES AT NAGPUR ON 04.04.2014
                                                                             
The National Secretariat meeting of the Confederation has decided to hold a National Convention of Central Government Employees at Nagpur on 4th April 2014. It is expected that more than 500 Delegates from different parts of the country representing various Central Government Employees Organizations and Co-ordination Committees shall participate in the Convention. The National Federation of Civil Accounts Associations has been asked to depute atleast 20 (twenty) Delegates. The Federation Headquarters has accordingly directed all Federal Executive/Women Committee Members to participate in the convention. Branch Secretaries of sixteen (eight AICAEA and eight form AICAEA CATII) Branches have also been directed to reach Nagpur before 4th April 2014. We request our Federal Executive/ Women Committee members and Branch Secretaries to attend the convention. They are also requested to become the delegates of the Co-ordination Committees of their respective stations and states wherever possible so that all the Federal Executive/ Women Committee Members and Branch Secretaries could attend the Convention as Delegates.

EXTENDED FEDERAL EXECUTIVE MEETING

            It has been decided that, after the National Convention on 4th April 2014, the extended Federal Executive meeting shall be held at Nagpur on 5th April 2014. Sixteen Branches of AICAEA & AICAEA Cat-II have also been requested to attend this meeting. This meeting shall deliberate on various National developments, Departmental problems and  organizational problems. Notice for the meeting has been forwarded to all concerned and they are requested to attend the meeting.

FORMATION OF ASSOCIATION OF NON REGULAR EMPLOYEES

            It was decided in the last federal executive meeting that the Federal Executive Members shall collect the number/name(s) of the non-departmental employees working in their respective Branches and forward the information to Federation headquarters through their Branch Secretaries. No Branch has so far sent the information. All Federal Executive members and Branch Secretaries are therefore, once again requested to send the report within 31st March 2014.
