NOTICE

      It is for the information of all concerned that the Federal Executive Meeting of National Federation of Civil Accounts Associations shall be held on 25th to 26th February 2015 at New Delhi to discuss the following items of agenda—

1.   Review of the decisions of 6th Federal Council Meeting held at Cochin on 18th & 19th September 2014.
2.   Review of the status of Departmental demands –
a)      Demand of adoption of mutually agreed transfer policy.
b)      Opposition to Adhar based biometric system.
c)      Demand of regularization of outsourced Employees.
d)      demand of Grant minimum Pay on Promotion
3.   Meeting with the CGA authorities on the Charter of Demands submitted.
4.   Sectional Demands:-
a)      Adamant attitude of Pr. CCA, CBEC and non-settlement of 20 Point Demands.
b)      Pendency of staff problems in MHA, CBDT, MH&FW and I&B etc.
5.   Organizational review
a)      Recognition to AICAEA Cat-II & NFCAA.
b)      Enhancement of membership and continuation of Foreign Service of Secretary General.
c)      Holding of Joint Conferences of AICAEA and AICAEA Cat-II and National Women Convention in Chennai.
d)      Branch Conferences and Branch level women convention.
6.     Implementation of decisions of Confederation.
a)      Participation in confederation activities.
b)      Participation in the JCA Programmes and March to Parliament on April 28th, 2015.
7.     Common movement of Accounts & Audit Employees –functioning of JAC regarding.
8.     Formation of Civil Accounts Pensioners Association – review regarding.
9.     Formation of non-departmental Employees Association – review regarding.
10.   Misc, if any with the permission of chair.
            All Federal Executive members and permanent invites (list attached) are requested to attend the meeting positively.
            The meeting shall start on 25th February 2015 at 9.30 AM sharp. All are therefore, requested to ensure their presence in time.
            Branch Secretaries of Southend Branches and West Delhi Branches, Delhi are requested to attend the meeting.
            No nominated representatives of Federal Executive members or Branch Secretaries shall be entitled to attend the meeting.
            Venue for the meeting accommodation for stay of the outstation Federal Executive members (who have confirmed their arrival) shall be informed separately.

            NOTICE

            It is for the information of all concerned that a National Executive Meeting of All India Civil Accounts Employees Association shall be held on 25th and 26th February 2015 at New Delhi to discuss the following items of agenda—

1.      Review of the decision of 16th Central Working Committee meeting
2.      Departmental demands
a)      Mutually agreed transfer policy of AAOs.
b)      Opposition to Adhar based biometric attendance.
c)      Regularization of outsourced employees.
d)      Opposition to e-payment.
e)      Pay Scales of DEOs – Cat decision regarding.
f)       Promotion of MTS

3.      Meeting with the CGA authorities on the Charter of demands submitted.
4.      Sectional Demands:-
a)      Adamant attitude of Pr. CCA, CBEC and non-settlement of 20 Point Demands.
b)      Pendency of staff problems in MHA, CBDT, H& FW and I&B etc.
5.      Organizational review:-
a)      Enhancement of membership strength- continuance of Foreign Service of Secretary General.
b)      Holding of 14th All India Conference Women Convention in Chennai.
c)      Unit and Branch Conferences and Branch level women convention.

            All National Executive members, Office Bearers of NFCCA and permanent invites (list attached) are requested to attend the meeting positively. Branch Secretaries of Southend Branch and West Delhi Branch, Delhi are also to attend the meeting. No nominated representatives of National Executive Members or Branch Secretaries shall be entitled to attend the meeting.
            The meeting shall start at 9.30 AM sharp on 25th February 2015. Venue for the meeting accommodation for stay of the outstation National Executive members (who have confirmed their arrival) shall be informed separately.
            Travel expenses of the National Executive members shall be reimbursed as per the decisions of the Association.
            Before coming to the meeting, all National Executive members are requested to discuss the agenda items in their Branch meetings and carry the views of the Branches.
