Subject:- Settlement of the Charter of demands of the
Co-ordination Committee of Civil Accounts Employees and
Officers Associations.
Madam,
We
would like to invite your kind attention to our letters No: -
COC/CA/2017/Corr-4 dated 02.03.2017 and No.COC/CA/2017/Corr-6 dated17.03.2017 and
state that, it is three months we have been requesting you to kindly meet the
representatives of the Co-ordination Committee for discussion and settlement of
some of the very important issues concerning with the employees and officers of
Civil Accounts organization. During this period, many orders and circulars have
also been issued by your office which are having direct adverse impact on the future
prospects of the employees and officers of the Civil Accounts Organization. We had therefore, requested to you kindly hear
our views on the issues on which
circulars have been issued and then implement them after necessary
modifications so that the career prospects of the officers and employees are
protected.
But,
in spite of our repeated requests and protest actions, you have not so far
responded to our requests for settlement of the problems bilaterally across the
table.
We
being responsible employees’ organizations are very much aware that, you being
on the verge of retirement and a portion of the existing team of officers
available in your office being totally against the welfare of employees and
officers, you are left with very little time and it is too late for you to
replace the present set of officers by a team of efficient, dynamic and
positive officers.
But
we would request you once again to kindly appreciate that the representatives
of the Co-ordination Committee are also your employees and being the head of
organization they deserve to be heard by you personally. We are definite, once
you meet the representatives of the Co-ordination Committee, the gap in
understanding developed between the authorities and the employees and which is prevailing now shall dissolve and you
would definitely be able to solve many of the issues of the of the officers and
employees even before you retire from service.
This
Co-ordination Committee hopes that the request made by it through this letter
shall be considered by you favorably so that the congenial atmosphere is
restored in all offices of Civil Accounts Organization spread throughout the
country and you retire from service with lots of regard and respect of all
employees and officers of the Civil Accounts organization like earlier
Controller Generals.
Thanking you,
Yours
Sincerely,
