Subject:-  Item No. 5 & 6 of the Minutes of the meeting held on 9^th June 2017 between the official side of CGA office and the National Executives of AICAEA under the Chairpersonship of Joint Controller General of Accounts.

             This Association is thankful to find that, as discussed in the meeting held on 9^th June 2017 between the official side of CGA office and the National Executives of AICAEA under your Chairpersonship, your office vide   Office Memorandums No. A-60015 /1/2016/MF. CGA (A)/NGF/Recog. PAOs Asso/155 dated 15^th June 2017 and No.  A-60015/1/2016/MF.CGA/NGE/AICAEA II/155 dated15^th June 2017  has kindly issued orders extending the dates for submission of membership verification reports of AIAPAO(Civil) and AICAEA CATII till 14^th July 2017 .

However, the Nodal Authorities (PCCAs/CCAs/CAs) earmarked by your office for this purpose have not been directed to endorse the copy of the instructions issued by them to the DDOs to the Secretary Generals of the Associations concerned. The said matter was discussed at length in the meeting on 09.06.2017 and it was agreed by the official side in principle to provide the report of members subscribing to AIAPAO (Civil) and AICAEA CAT II as members of the Associations. The report is required for reconciliation with the   records of Association.

                 It will therefore, be highly appreciable if you kindly direct your office to issue a corrigendum incorporating the above matter at the earliest.
