Subject: - Limited Departmental Qualifying Examination for promotion of Group “C” Multi Tasking Staff (12^th pass) as Lower Division Clerks-request for fixation of date regarding.

Sir,

            We have learnt from your office letter No:- A.34012/3241/2017/MF. CGA (E)/177 dated 15^th June, 2017 addressed to all heads of the Departments of Civil Accounts Organization that, you have decided to hold the limited Departmental Qualifying Examination for promotion of Group ‘C’ Multi Tasking Staff (12^th Pass) as Lower Division Clerks in October, 2017.

            In this connection, I have been directed to request you that, since we have fixed the dates of All India Conference of our Association from 10^th to 12^th October, 2017 at Cochin and many MTS being the office bearers of the unit/Branch shall have to attend the conference as delegates and National Level Office Bearers, the date of Examination may kindly be fixed either before 6^th October, 2017 or conveniently after the Festival of Diwali which is on 19^th October, 2017.

            We shall be extremely grateful, if you kindly consider our request sympathetically and take a favorable decision in this regard.
