Subject: - Appointment as Ad-hoc AAO’s as an interim measure to fill up the vacancies in the grade of AAO in Pay & Accounts Offices.

Sir,

            I have been direct to refer the para 2 of the OM No:- A-32016/2/2016/MF.CGA/Acting AAO/75 dated 26.07.2018 on the above mentioned subject and state that the employees belonging to the category of DEO and stenographers are also being allowed to appear the AAO(Civil) Examination, but they are not being allowed the benefit of passing four papers of the Examination which are applicable to LDC/Accountant/Sr. Accountant. Therefore, it is requested that, this discrimination may kindly be done way with and all cadres may be extended equal benefits.

            This Association shall be thankful if an early favorable decision in this regard is taken.
