Dear Comrades/Friends,

CADRE REVIEW AND CHARTER OF DEMANDS:

C.O.C.  MEETS ON 23-11-2018 AT PATNA

We had informed you about the outcome of the meetings on Cadre Review held with the representatives of AICAEA, AICAEACAT II and AIAPAO (Civil) on 17^th August 2018 vide circular No.COC/CA/2018/Circular-9 dated 22.08.2018. It was agreed by the official side that another meeting with the representatives of the AICAEA shall be convened to discuss about the proposal of cadre structures and pay scales of Group C. This meeting was held on 5^th November 2018.

The Co-ordination Committee reviewed the developments of the situation for last two and a half months and concluded that, though some of the items of the Charter of Demands of COC have either been settled or progressing for settlement, but the issue of Cadre Review has not made desired progress. In this circumstance, it is most essential to review the status of the items of the Charter of Demands and decide the future course of action.  

It has therefore, been decided that the representatives of apex level Co-ordination Committee shall meet at Patna on 23^rd November 2018 to undertake a review and decide the next course of action. Notice for the meeting is annexed to this circular.

NOTICE

This is for the information of all concerned that a meeting of representatives of apex level Co-ordination Committee of Civil Accounts Employees and officers Associations shall be held at Patna on 23^rd November 2018 at 10.30 am. Following items shall be discussed in the meeting to undertake a thorough review and decide about the next course of action to be taken for the achievement of the demands of the Co-ordination Committee.

1.     Review of the outcome of the meetings with Cadre Review Committee constituted by CGA Office.

2.     Status of Charter of Demands and next course of action to be taken.

3.     Misc. with the permission of chair.

 Venue of the meeting shall be informed later.

All National Executive members of AICAEA, AICAEA CAT-II, AIAPAO (Civil) and office bearers of NFCAA  being the members of apex level COC of Civil Accounts Employees and Officers Associations are requested to attend the meeting.
