Subject:- Request for a
meeting with the representatives of All India Civil Accounts Employees
Association and All India Civil Accounts Employees Association Category II.
Sir,
We have been directed to invite your kind attention to our
letter No:-AICAEA/HQ/A-2/2018/423 dated 1st January, 2019 on the
above mentioned subject and state that, we had requested your good self to
kindly meet us at your earliest convenience to discuss the following items:-
1.
Immediate
implementation of 1st Cadre Review of all Group B&C employees
and officers of Civil Accounts Organization.
2.
Extension of basic
functioning facilities to the recognized Service Association and the AICAEA in
particular as per GOI and JCM norms - uninterrupted
Foreign Service facility - allowing continuation of seat in (NC) JCM
like all other Central Government Departments -
provision of furnished official accommodation and stoppage of vindictive
transfers of office bearers of the Association.
3.
Grant of
recognition to AICAEA CAT-II immediately in terms of CCS (RSA) Rules 1993.
4.
Grant of level 7 of
the pay matrix to senior Accountant.
5.
Merger of DEOs as
Senior Accountants.
6.
Promotion to all
eligible MTS to LDC as one-time measure.
7.
Implementation of
transparent Transfer Policy in respect of Group B officers.
8.
Setting up of
complaints committees under all heads of the Departments in terms of the
“Sexual harassment of women at work place (Prevention, Prohibition and
Redressal) Act 2013”.
9.
Filling up of
vacancies in all Cadres.
10.Enhancement
of Qualification Pay on passing Departmental Confirmatory Examination of
Accountants and AAO(C) passed candidates as per 7th CPC
recommendation.
But, we are yet to receive your favorable response
to our request.
We therefore, once again request you to kindly
inform us your convenient date and time so that we could meet you personally at
an early date and make our submissions to your kind self.
