            I have learnt from the emails received from the office of the staff side JCM and telephonic talk with Shri Naveenji about the sad incident of untimely demise of your wife, grand daughter and son due to road accident.

            On behalf of the National Federation of Civil Accounts Associations and on behalf of my family members, I convey my deepest condolence to you and share your sorrow.

Despite my deep desire to attend the prayer being held on 24^th June at Lucknow, I would not be able to be present due to prescheduled formal meetings between the Civil Accounts  Authorities  and the National executives of my  Association  at 3 pm on 24^th  June 19 and 11am on 25^th June 2019. But my heart remains there.
