Dear Comrades/Friends,
Congratulations to all AAOs who got
promotion as AO/PAOs. We would definitely solicit your support for
common cause of Civil Accounts Employees and Officers. This promotion is a step
towards career goal of achieving Group A status with all benefits attached to
post as well as rationalizing the organization which was never vigilant towards
rights of Group B & C employees and officers.
We also congratulate to all who
have got transfers to their respective stations and hope they will continue
their support to respective Branches and strengthen the movement of COC of
Civil Accounts Employees and Officers Associations.
Presently an alarming situation
has arisen for all Group C and Group B non gazetted employees of our
organization. Though it is conveyed to us informally that the Cadre Review
proposal of Gr B&C is signed by the CGA authorities and now to takeoff for
Department of Expenditure but at the same time it has also been conveyed that
CGA authorities haven't recommended to extend long due appropriate pay scales of level 6 and 7 of pay matrix to Accountant and Senior Accountant respectively, Status of Accountant to DEOs and
thus betrayed our faith.
The issues connected with AAO Civil
Examination and move of conducting the examination in new pattern have
been shelved by CGA authorities.
Support the call of COC Civil
Accounts and participate in the SIT IN on 30th July 2019 to show strength show
anger against injustice.
