long pending issues concerning with Employees & Officers of Civil Accounts
Organization.
Madam,
We
the undersigned have been directed to invite your kind attention to the letters
No:- COC/CA/2019/Corr-20 dated 02.12.2019, No:- COC/CA/2020/Corr-01 dated
27.01.2020 and No:- COC/CA/2020/Corr-02 dated 11.02.2020 of the Co-ordination
Committee of Civil Accounts Employees & Officers Associations, our letter
No:- AICAEA-AICAEA CATII/HQ/A-2/2020/132-134 dated 15.02.2020 and the All India
Civil Accounts Employees Association letters No:- AICAEA-AICAEA
CATII/HQ/A-2/2019/609-639 dated 11.12.2019, No:- AICAEA/HQ/A-2/2020/665-667
dated 27.01.2020, No:- AICAEA/HQ/A-2/2020/127 dated 11.02.2020 and No:- AICAEA/HQ/A-2/2020/126
dated 12.02.2020. In this we would like to state that, it is more than three no
meeting was arranged with the Association following issues are pending for
settlement:-
1.
CADRE REVIEW OF GROUP B&C CADRES.
2.
RESTORATION OF AAO (CIVIL) EXAMINATION SYSTEM AND
NEGOTIATED SETTLEMENT OF SYSTEM OF EXEMPTIONS.
3.
GRANT OF RECOGNITION TO AICAEA CAT-II LYING PENDING
IN CGA OFFICE FOR MONTHS.
4.
MERGER OF ACCOUNTANT AND SR ACCOUNTANT
5.
PROMOTION OF ALL MTS/LDC TO NEXT HIGHER GRADES
AGAINST THE VACANCIES AS ONE TIME MEASURE.
6.
RESTORATION OF THE SYSTEM OF GRANT OF PROMOTION TO
SR ACCOUNTANT AS AAO AGAINST 10 PERCENT PROMOTION QUOTA
7.
MERGER OF DEO WITH THE CARE OF ACCOUNTANT
AND
8. SETTLEMENT
OF REST OF THE DEMANDS IN 22 POINT CHARTER.
Above
situation has created wide resentment among the rank and file membership of our
Association. We therefore, request you to kindly convene a meeting with the
representatives of the Associations for discussion and settlement of the issues
referred above.
Further,
our National Executive members from all over the country shall meet in Delhi on
19th & 20th March, 2020 to review the stations of the
demands. If it finds no progress was on the pending issues and there is no
response on the part of Controller General of Accounts, the Associations shall
have no other alternative but to initiate organizational action by resorting to
an urgent sitin in front of your office on 19th March 2020.
The
Co-ordination Committee is however, confident that, the situation would not
reach to such a pass in case there is a personal intervention your kind self.
We
therefore, request you to kindly intervene immediately and take appropriate
action for the settlement of the enclosed demands of the Co-ordination
Committee.
