NOTIFICATION
It is hereby notified that, following the Central
Working Committee Meetings of affiliates, the
5TH Federal Council Meeting of the National Federation of Civil
Accounts Associations will be held at Pune
on 15th and 16th June 2012 in terms of the provisions
laid down in the Article -10 of the Constitution of the Federation.
Part-A
Venue:
- The Venue of the meeting and accommodation for
the Federal Councilors will be –
National Water
Academy Guest House,
Min. of Water
Resources,
Singhad Road,
Khadakwasla Road,
Pune
Inauguration:-
The Inauguration ceremony will be held at 9.30 A.M. of 15.06.2012.
Composition
of Federal Council:- As
per Article 10(a) of the Constitution,
the Federal Council shall consist of (i)
Elected Office Bearers (ii) All India Office bearers of Affiliates (iii) Women Committee Members and (iv)Branch Secretaries or nominated
member of the Branch in place of a Branch Secretary.
Other representatives of any of the affiliates shall be the observers. Any
other person accompanying the Councilor(s) shall be visitors.
Arrival
of Federal Councilors: - All Federal Councilors should reach Pune by the
evening of 14th June 2012 so that the session can start at the right
time on 15th June 2012.
PART-B
Delegate
fee: Delegate fee for the Councilors/observers/visitors
will be Rs:- 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred) only and the amount will cover the
food and lodging of the Councilors while at Pune.
Agenda:
- Following will be the agenda for the 5th
Federal Council Meeting.
1.
Review of the organizational position since 4th
Federal Council Meeting held at Shillong on 10th and 11th
June 2010.
2.
Adoption
of Audited Accounts Report and review of financial position of the Federation.
3.
(a)Non settlement of Departmental demands
by Civil Accounts authorities and next course of action to be taken.
(b)E-payment
and our position.

(d) Proposal for cadre review.
4.
Organizational Review-.
(a) Recognition
of AICAEA Cat-II & Federation
(b) Functioning
of Units/Branches/Central Headquarters/ Federation Headquarters.
(c) Improvement
of financial position of all tiers of organization.
5.
Common movement and call of Confederation for March to Parliament on 26th
July 2012 in support of 14 point demands
- preparation for participation regarding.
6.
Common demands of Accounts and Audit Employees
and Officers and implementation of decisions
of JAC
7.
Amendment
to Constitution.
8.
Policy,
Program and Resolutions.
9.
Election
of Office Bearers.
10.
Election of Auditor.
11.
Any other items with the permission of chair.
12.
Vote of Thanks.

Resolution:
- If any Federal Councilor wishes to incorporate

Federation Headquarter.
