            At the very outset we congratulate you on behalf of entirety of members of All India Civil Accounts Employees Association and All India Civil Accounts Employees Association Category-II for taking over of charge as the Controller General of Accounts, Ministry of Finance, Department of Expenditure.

         The joint meeting of the National and Branch level representatives of All India Civil Accounts Employees Association and All India Civil Accounts Employees Association Category – II functioning under the Banner of National Federation was held on 16^th October, 2019 in Delhi. The meeting has congratulated you on your formal appointment as our new Controller General of Accounts. The meeting has also directed the available National Executive members of both All India Civil Accounts Employees Association and All India Civil Accounts Employees Association Category-II to meet and greet you on behalf of totality of membership of both Associations.

Further, the meeting expressed hope that, under the dynamic leadership of the new Controller General of Accounts, the Civil Accounts Organization shall move ahead swiftly and the long pending grievances of the employees and officers shall get resolved at a higher speed.

The meeting has therefore, urged upon you to kindly convene the meeting with the representatives of the All India Civil Accounts Employees Association, All India Civil Accounts Employees Association Category-II and All India Association of Pay and Accounts Officers (Civil) to discuss and resolve the “AGENDA ITEMS” submitted by the Co-ordination Committee of Civil Accounts Employees and Officers Associations vide its letter dated 13^th September, 2019 at an early date.

          In view of the above, we request you to kindly convene the meeting at your earliest convenience and preferably on 29^th or 30^th of October, 2019 which we consider shall be most appropriate timing for the meeting.
