HIGH LIGHTS
OF THE INFORMAL MEETING WITH
CHIEF CONTROLLER OF ACCOUNTS, 
CENTRAL BOARD OF DIRECT TAXES
ON 03.12.2019
An informal
meeting with Shri Rajesh Kumar, Chief Controller of Accounts, Central Board of
Direct & Taxes was held today Shri Jitender Bhutani, Sr. AO (Admn) was
present representing official side. 
Com. V.
Bhattacharjee, Secretary General, Com. Dharam Pal Singh and Com. Krishna K.
Yadav, Asstt. Secretary Generals, AICAEA attended the meeting representing the
staff side.
The brief resume of the meeting is as under:

Immediate
  payment of salary/wages to temporary status employ at Shillong – Pending for
  nine months | 
Action being taken. Settlement can be expected within the end of this
  week. |

  of Temporary status MTS in Shillong office | 
Action is in progress and efforts are on to settle the matter with
  positive approach at the earliest. |

3. | 
Consideration
  requests for transfer to different stations | 
Some are on the verge of settlement and some are yet to be considered.
   
(a)    Orders of Shri A. Sandeep from Chennai to Hyderabad and Shri R. Tiwari
  from Delhi to Jaipur are under issue.  
(b)  
  As has been
  requested by staff side, cases of Kamal Asraf and Shri M.K. Gautam shall be
  re-considered. |

4. | 
Settlement of
  Compassionate appointment cases pending in Delhi and Mumbai | 
Expeditious actions shall be taken. Necessary committees and welfare
  officers etc. shall be appointed and detailed reports of pending cases shall
  be sought within a month’s time. |

5. | 
Adhoc promotions as AAOs | 
All pending cases
  shall be considered subject to condition that adhoc promotees shall also take
  care of their original seats as Sr. Accountants. Copies of DOPT orders in
  this regard may be provided by the staff side. | 
After
a reasonable gap period there shall be another round of discussion to review
the progress.
