On

Transfer policy  of AAOs

Adopted in the

Federal Exective Meeting of NFCAA

held on 11-12 January 2014

            This Federal Executive meeting of the National Federation of Civil Accounts Associations represented by the All India Civil Accounts Employees Association and All India Civil Accounts Employees Association Category-II being held on 11^th and 12^th January 2014 discussed the transfer policy of AAOs being pursued by the Civil Accounts authorities. The meeting noted with dismay that the policy is not being applied uniformly in respect of all the employees. Many  AAOs have been deprived of their legitimate transfers to their stations of choice as laid down in the transfer policy  where as  their juniors are accommodated at  their choice stations. The meeting further viewed seriously  that the  representations of individuals are not being entertained by the authorities. Further, the local rotational transfer policy has not been implemented and it has been causing serious harm to the interest of organization and also to the individuals.

          This meeting therefore, urges upon the Controller General of Accounts to resolve the matter through dialogue with representatives of the Associations.

          Resolved that the Resolution adopted shall be forwarded to the Controller General of Accounts, New Delhi
