Subject: Extension of benefit of Ministry of Labour, Government of India OM. dated 23^rd January, 2013.

Ref: Resolution dated 21^st February, 2014 adopted by the “Civil Accounts Non-regular Workers Union, West Bengal and forwarded vide letter dated 21.02.2014

Sir,

            I have been directed to refer to the above and state that, in pursuance of the discussion held on 30^th May, 2013 in the official meeting between the official side and National Executive members of the All India Civil Accounts Employees Association and All India Civil Accounts Employees Association Category – II, the 13^th All India Conference of All India Civil Accounts Employees Association held in Kolkata from 9^th to 11^th July 2013 had adopted a resolution urging upon you to kindly circulate the Ministry of Labour, Government of India, OM No:- 14(113)Misc.RLC (Coord)/2012 dated 23.01.2013 among the Heads of the departments of Civil Accounts Organization with specific instructions to implement the contents of the OM. The Resolution was forwarded to your goodself by this Association vide letter No:- AICAEA/HQ/A-2/2013/903 dated 16^th July 2013 along with a copy of the Ministry of Labour OM dated 23.01.2013. But, we have not so far received any information about the favorable action taken on the request made by the delegates of 13^th All India Conference of this Association.

            Therefore, on behalf of this Association, I request you once again to kindly issue necessary instructions to all heads of Departments to extend the benefit of Ministry of Labour OM. dated 23^rd January 2013 to all Non-regular Employees working in the Civil Accounts Organization.

            A copy of the OM of Ministry of Labour dated 23.01.2013 is enclosed herewith for your kind reference.
