Subject :- Request for formal meeting with the representatives of Association.

Sir,

            This Association vide its letter No:- AICAEA/HQ/A-2/2013/2088-2148 dated 28^th September 2013 had requested your good self to convene a meeting with the representatives of the Association for the review of the status of the items discussed in the meeting held between the official side and  the National Executive of the Associations under your Chairpersonship on 30^th May 2013. But, no response was received by the Association.

            The extended National Executives meeting of this Association held in Delhi on 11^th & 12^th January 2014, after a review of the entire situation, resolutely urged upon you to kindly convene a meeting with the representatives of the Association at your earliest convenience. The Resolution was forwarded vide letter No:- AICAEA/HQ/A-2/2014/77-100 dated 29^th January 2014. A favorable response of this letter too is yet to be received.

            The extended National Executives meeting met once again at Nagpur on 4^th & 5^th April 2014. This meeting reviewed the position of the issues discussed in the meeting held on 30^th May 2014 and observed that, despite all efforts by the Association there was no progress on any of the items. Moreover, no tangible action on majority of the issues which were discussed in the meeting 30th May 2013  or subsequently referred  by the Association has been taken by your office.

            In view of this situation, the above stated extended National Executive meeting of the Association has directed me to convey your kind self that, since the employees have become restive due to non-settlement of their problem, a meeting with the National Executive of the Association may kindly be convened without any more delay.
