NOTIFICATION
It is hereby notified that, following the Central Working Committee
Meetings of affiliates, the 6TH
Federal Council Meeting of the National Federation of Civil Accounts Associations
will be held at Cochin on 18th
and 19th September 2014
in terms of the provisions laid down in the Article -10 of the Constitution of
the Federation.
Part-A
Venue: - The Venue of the meeting
and accommodation for the Federal Councilors will be –
Shikshak Sadan,
Karikkamuri,
Karikkamuri Road,
Ernakulam
South,
Cochin-682011.
'Shikshak Sadan' is Five minutes walkable distance from
Ernakulam Junction Railway Station.
Inauguration:- The Inauguration
ceremony will be held at 9.30 A.M. of 18.09.2014.
Composition of Federal
Council:- As per Article 10 (a) of
the Constitution, the Federal Council
shall consist of (i) Elected Office
Bearers (ii) All India Office bearers of Affiliates (iii) Women Committee Members and (iv)Branch Secretaries or nominated
member of the Branches in place of a Branch Secretary. Other representatives of
any of the affiliates shall be the observers. Any other person accompanying the
Councilor(s) shall be visitors.
Arrival of Federal
Councilors: - All Federal Councilors should reach Cochin by the evening of 17th
September 2014 so that the session can start at the right time on 18th
September 2014.
Intimation about arrival: - All the Federal
Councilors are to furnish the intimation about their arrival at Cochin along with
Train No. etc. to –

PART-B
Delegate fee: Delegate fee for the
Councilors/observers/visitors will be Rs:- 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred) only
and the amount will cover the food and lodging of the persons while at Cochin.
Agenda: - Following will be the
agenda for the 6th Federal Council Meeting.
1.
Review of the organizational position since 5th Federal Council
Meeting held at Pune on 15th and 16th June 2012.
2. Adoption of Audited Accounts Report and
review of financial position of the Federation.
3. (a)7th CPC and our position.
4. (b)Non settlement of Departmental demands by Civil Accounts
authorities and next course of action to be taken.

5. JCM scheme - National Council and
Departmental council – our position
regarding.

Organizational Review-.

Recognition of Associations & Federation regarding

Functioning of Units/Branches/Central Headquarters/ Federation

Common demands of Accounts and Audit Employees and Officers and
implementation of decisions of JAC.

Call of Confederation and
Common movement - participation
regarding.
9. Amendment to Constitution.
Policy, Program
and Resolutions.
10.
Election of Office Bearers for the next term.
11.
Election of Auditor.
12.
Any other items with the permission of chair.
13.
Vote of Thanks.
Resolution: - If any Federal Councilor
wishes to incorporate any item for discussion in the meeting or move any specific Resolution or
proposal for amendment in the constitution, he/ she is requested to forward the
same by 31st August 2014 to Federation Headquarter.
Part–A of this Notification has been endorsed
to CGA and other Heads of the Departments of Civil Accounts organization.

bearers of the National Federtion of Civil Accounts Associtions shall be held
on 17th September 2014 a Shikshak Sadan, Karikkamuri, Karikkamuri
Road,Ernakulam South, Cochin-682011to discuss the following items of agenda-

Preparation of the 6th Fedral Council meeting.

theDraft biennieal report of NFCCA for
