President from MHA, Shillong, Shri V.A. Jambulkar, Asstt. Finance Secretary
from Ministry of Urban Development, Mumbai, Shri A. Mohammad, Asstt. Secretary
General from CBEC, Trivandrum as AAOs and resignation of Shri Gopala Krishna,
