Dear Comrades,

ALL INDIA TRADE UNION EDUCATION CAMP AT BANGALORE ON JANUARY 5&6, 2015

          The Confederation had decided in its Secretariat meeting that the next All India Trade Union Education Camp of Confederation of Central Government Employees & workers shall be held on 5^th & 6^th January, 2015. The Karnataka Unit of Confederation shall host the said Camp at Bangalore. The Trade Union Camp will commence at 10 A.M. on 5^th January and continue till 5 P.M. of 6^th January, 2015. Delegate fee per delegate has been fixed as Rs: - 600/- (Six hundred only).

          Civil Accounts (NFCAA) has been allotted 10 (ten) Delegates. Accordingly, in consultation with all concerned it has been decided that, in addition to Com. G.K. Nair, President, Com. V.Bhattacharjee, Secretary General, NFCAA and Com. K. Venkatasubramanian, President, AICAEA & Vice President, NFCAA following Branches shall depute delegates according to the number indicated against them:-

          Names of the delegates are to be intimated by the Branches to Federation Headquarters within 12^th December, 2014 so that further necessary action in this respect could be taken.

          All delegates are to intimate their Names, arrival date, time and train No. etc to the P. S. Prasad,   General Secretary, Reception Committee, Bangalore by 20th December 2015 to either to the Mobile No. 9480066620    or email ID:cockarnataka@hotmail.com so that necessary arrangement for stay and food etc could be made. 

NATIONAL CONVENTION OF JCM CONSTITUENTS ON 11^TH DECEMBER 2014

            It has been decided by the staff side National Council JCM to hold a National Convention at New Delhi on 11^th December 2014. The decision is the outcome of the efforts of the Confederation and  it should be considered as a step towards right direction in pursuance of the charter of demands of confederation, especially the important issues like wage revision, interim relief, Merger of DA, scrapping of New Pension Scheme, privatization and outsourcing etc.

            The convention shall start at 12 noon on 11^th December 2014 at MPCU, Shah Auditorium, Sree Gujrati Samaj, Raj Niwas Road, Civil Lines (Opposite Civil Lines Metro Station), Delhi.

            The Civil Accounts Association (NFCAA) has been asked to depute atleast 8(eight) Delegates. Accordingly, the quota of delegates shall be as below:-

NATIONAL PROTEST DAY ON 5.12.2014 THROUGH MASSIVE JOINT DEMONSTRATION IN ALL STATE CAPITALS

The Convention of  all the Central Trade Unions of the country along with independent National Federation/Organizations from all the sectors and service establishments held on 15^th September 2014 called upon all the trade unions, federations across the sector to widen and consolidate the unity at the grass-root level and prepare for countrywide united movement to halt and resist the brazen anti-worker and anti – people policies of the Govt. and in preparation to the same undertakes unanimously the following programmes:-

1. State level joint conventions during September – October; wherever possible initiative may be taken to hold district-level and industry – level joint convention.
2. National Protest Day 5.12.2014 through massive joint demonstration in all state capitals. At Delhi Joint demonstration of workers from the neighboring state will be held.

The Confederation of Central Government Employees and Workers has endorsed above calls and called upon the affiliates and their members to extend their full support for the success of these programmes and also participate the in the programmes.  Accordingly, the NFCAA calls upon its members to participate and make the programmes with largest possible numbers.
