I
have been directed to draw your kind attention to the above and state that,
vide our letter dated 04.02.2015, we have submitted the “Charter of Demands”
with the request to convene a meeting between the official side and the
National Executive members of the All India Civil Accounts Employees
Association and All India Civil Accounts Employees Association Category – II
for discussion and settlement of the long pending demands. But it is more than
two months we have not received any information in response to our letters.
Since
the resentment among the rank and file membership of this Association is
increasing, I request you to kindly convene the meeting at your earliest
convenience.

Promotion of Sr. Accountants as AAO under 10% Promotion Quota.
Sir,
It has been brought to our knowledge
that, for quite a long time the orders granting promotion under 10% quota to
the eligible Senior Accountants as AAOs are pending with your office.
Since many among the Senior Accounts
are on the verge of retirement, they are eagerly awaiting their once for all
promotion in their service career to the level of Asstt. Accounts Officer.
I shall therefore, request you to
kindly take early favourable action to grant promotion to the Senior
Accountants who are eligible for promotion as AAO under 10% promotion quota.
