We are very happy to inform our members that the All India Civil Accounts Employees Association

 has been accommodated as one of the members of the Staff side National Council (JCM) vide DOPT OM dated 27-11-2015

This is one of the major achievements of the National Federation of Civil Accounts Associations. It is also a permanent achievement of the Associations.

We congratulate all and offer sincere thanks to all past and present leaders and members who have all along stood beside the Associations and sacrificed their entire service life for its growth ignoring their personal benefits and family welfare.  

We are also thankful to Shri M.J.Joseph, Controller General of Accounts, Shri P. L. Sahoo, Joint Controller General of Accounts, Shri D.D.K.T Dason, Asstt. Controller General of Accounts,  Shri Ved Prakash, Sr. AO, NGE and officers of Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance who  recommended to Government for the allotment of seat to AICAEA in the National Council(JCM) and persistently pursued the matter.

Allotment of a seat in the National Council (JCM)was a long pending demand of our Association. Now the seat being available, lots of benefits shall come to Civil Accounts Employees in the long run as our voice shall reach to the top level and many long pending and buried issues would definitely  settle and revive.

 We should ensure permanent retention of the seat we have been allotted and it would be possible if we maintain the recognized status of the Association.

Therefore, all Civil Accounts Employees are requested continue their membership to the Association which alone will be sufficient for maintaining the seat in the JCM.
