NOTICE

            It is for the information of all concerned that the extended Federal Executive Meeting of National Federation of Civil Accounts Associations shall be held on 12^th April, 2017 at New Delhi to discuss the following items of agenda—

1.     Review of the decisions taken in the 7^th Federal Council meeting held at Jaipur in December 2016.

2.     Review of the status of Departmental demands –

(a) Movement under the banner of the COC of Civil Accounts Employees and Officers Associations in support of 11 Point Charter of Demands and functioning of COC at different levels.

(b)Demand of Meeting with the CGA authorities on the pending demands of and the Charter of Demands submitted.

3.     Implementation of the decisions of Confederation.

4.     Organizational review

a)    Recognition to AICAEA Cat-II & NFCAA.

b)    Enhancement of membership and continuation of Foreign Service of Secretary General.

c)     Unit and Branch Conferences and Branch level women convention.

5.     Pendency of staff problems in different Ministries/ Departments – non settlement regarding

6.     Misc, if any with the permission of chair.

            All Federal Executive members and permanent invites (list attached) are requested to attend the meeting positively. The meeting being extended federal executive meeting, following Presidents/ Branch Secretaries or accredited Branch representatives are requested to attend the meeting without fail. All are requested to ensure their presence in Delhi before 10 am of 12 April 2017 so that the meeting could start in time. Venue for the meeting and accommodation for stay of the outstation Federal Executive members shall be Chug Dharmsala, 8, Udyan Marg, (near Gole Market ) New Delhi 110001.
