Subject: Minutes of the meeting held with CGA on 12/12/2011.

Sir,

I have been directed to draw your kind attention to our letter dated 17th March 2012 and letters dated 4th April 2012 of the National Federation of Civil Accounts Associations, wherein, it was requested to amend the Minutes and treat the minutes issued as Draft Minutes. Apart from this, we have requested your office several times, to grant of recognition to AICAEA CAT II as there is adequate number of membership to the Association and shortage of membership is reflecting in the reports due to the reason that the DDOs are not following the procedure. Further, on the issue of e-payment, we wanted to arrive at a mutually agreed settlement before its implementation.

All the above mentioned issues had been discussed at length in our National/ Federal Executive Committee Meeting held at Nagpur on 22nd March 2012 and resolutions adopted on them including the problem in Madurai were forwarded to you to draw your attention on them.

But it is much regretted to note that so far, no positive sign has been shown by your office in resolving the issues nor the representatives of the Associations were called for discussion to arrive at a mutually agreed consensus.

In addition to the above it may also be recorded here that, your office has not been extending any co-operation in discussing and resolving the issues concerning with the employees. Inspite of repeated requests none of the officers of your office has been providing a minutes time even to discuss routine nature staff problems where involvement of CGA is not at all required. This has caused serious resentment during the employees.

Hence, it is requested that the above issues may please be considered at your end and the representatives of the Association may be called for discussion before 10th of May, 2012 as it will convey a sign of hope to our membership and our National and Federal Executive Committee which are to meet in New Delhi on 10th and 11th of this Month is not compelled to resort to protest action in the form of Demonstration and Dharna in front of your office during their presence in Delhi.

Thanking you,

Yours Sincerely,

Sd/-

(V.Bhattacharjee)

Secretary General
