NOTICE

            It is for the information of all concerned that an extended Federal Executive Meeting of National Federation of Civil Accounts Associations shall be held from 17^th to 19^th July 2014 at New Delhi to discuss the following items of agenda--

1.      Review of the decisions of last meeting held on 5^th April 2014 at Nagpur.

2.      Meeting between CGA and National Executives of AICAEA & AICAEA Cat-II on 17^th July 2014 - Participation and review regarding.

3.      Participation in apex JAC Convention on 19^th July 2014 – Finalization of Joint Memorandum to be submitted to 7CPC.

4.      Finalization of memorandum to be submitted to 7CPC.

5.      Organizational review –

(a). membership verification- Position of signature campaign-reg.

(b). Functions of Branches, Units, Central Headquarters & Federation Headquarters.

6.      Holding of 6^th Federal Council Meeting at Kerala.

7.      Formation of Civil Accounts Pensioners Association – review regarding.

8.      Formation of Non-departmental Employees Association – review regarding

9.      Misc if any with the permission of chair.

The meeting shall start at 12 P.M. on 17^th July 2014.

            The meeting being extended Federal Executives Meeting, all Federal Executive Members, Women Committee Members, Permanent invites and Branch Secretaries or accredited representatives of following Branches of AICAEA and ACAEACATII are requested to attend the meeting-

1.      Nagpur Branch.

2.      Nashik Branch.

3.      Gujrat Branch.

4.      Pune Branch.

5.      Rajasthan Branch.

6.      Karnataka Branch.

7.      Southend Branch.

8.      West Delhi Branch.

            Accommodation for stay shall be Chug Dharamsala, 8 Udyan Marg, New Delhi which shall be available from 17^th to 19^th July 2014. Branches are requested to inform the member of persons attending the meeting within 11^th July 2014.
