Dear Comrades,

NATIONAL CONVENTION ON 19^TH JULY 2014 IN DELHI

            As per the decision taken, the National Convention of the Accounts and Audit Officers and Employees shall be held on 19^th July 2014 in Delhi to adopt a common approach for submission of memorandum to 7^th CPC. The venue for the convention shall be “Azad Bhawan Auditorium, I.P. Estate (ITO), (Adjacent to ‘Y’ Shape Building), New Delhi”. The venue is in the prime location of the city where large number of Central Government Departments including offices of Audit and Civil Accounts are located. Lots City bus services are there to ITO from different parts of city of Delhi. The area is one Km away from Pragati Maidan “Metro Station”.

            The Convention shall start at 9.30 sharp and continue for the day.

            With a view to ensure large participation in the convention, all constituents are requested to mobilize the representatives from entire country in sufficient numbers. They are also requested to pursue their Unit/Branches in Delhi and ensure their participation too.

            The constituents and local JACs are also requested to intimate the estimated number of participants from their respective organizations to JAC headquarters within 10^th July 2014 positively so that the local JAC could take necessary preparation accordingly.
