Subject:- Request for revocation of transfer orders of low paid MTS from Delhi to Cochin.

            With reference to the discussion held between us in your chamber today on the above mentioned subject, I would like to inform you that the available office bearers of the Associations held a meeting and reviewed the outcome discussion between us. The meeting being happy with the progress of the discussion, expressed hope that there will be amicable settlement of the problem in the scheduled meeting fixed on 10^the June 2015 at 10 am between your good self and the representatives of the Associations.

            The meeting also directed me to convey you that representatives of the Associations shall attend the meeting and  extend their full co-operation for the settlement of the problem.
