am directed to refer your office letter No:- A-11019/25/2015/MF.CGA
(A)/NGE/AICAEA/HQ/350 dated 18.09.2015 and state that the Delhi based National
Executive members of All India Civil Accounts Employees Association and All India
Civil Accounts Employees Association Category – II had handed over a memorandum
bearing No:- AICAEA/HQ/A-2/2015/519 to your kind self on 2nd June
2015 with the request of convening a meeting with the National Executive
members of both Associations.
Since
there has been no discussion on these items so far, the extended National
Executives meeting of this Association held on 23rd & 24th
September 2015 in Delhi has directed me to inform you that, the list of the
items submitted by us through our memorandum dated 2nd June 2015 may
kindly be considered as the Agenda item for the meeting to be held on
16.10.2015.
