No. NFCAA/HQ/A-2/2020/ Corr-14                                                                 Dated: 05.07.2020
To,
          The Secretary General,
All India Association of PAO (Civil),
          New Delhi.

Dear Sir,
We on behalf of the National Federation of Civil Accounts Associations (NFCAA) and its affiliates named above, invite your attention to our letter No. NFCAA/HQ/A-2/Corr-4/2020 dated 12.03.2020 conveying our greetings to you and the entire team of the newly elected National Executive Committee of AIAPAO (Civil) in the conference of the Association held in February 2020.
Further, we had also proposed in our aforementioned letter to hold a meeting of the Co-ordination Committee of Civil Accounts Employees and Officers Associations at the earliest so that we could start persuasion of our pending demands unitedly with the objective of their expeditious settlement. We would like to reiterate once again that it was the united struggle of all the three Associations which had moved our demands towards settlement and many major demands including the demands like re-recognition of All India Association of Pay and Accounts Officers (Civil), upgradation of Pay Scales and status of AO/Sr. AO, AAO, Sr. Accountant, MTS and several other demands have also been settled.
Besides, the Co-ordination Committee could be extremely helpful for amicable settlement of the problems that were arising some times between the members of NFCAA and AIAPAO (Civil). Not only this, it could minimise the gap between supervised and supervisory cadres which had resulted in a congenial working atmosphere in the offices. However, in the recent past, due to the spread of COVID-19 pandemic opportunities for interaction has reduced to a great extent and we are experiencing its adverse impacts here and there. A serious issue of non-receipt of pension and pensionary benefits for last four months by the Secretary General of NFCAA who had been working in PAO, CGST, New Delhi and retired on 31st March, 2020 have cropped up which we believe, could be possible to be resolved through discussion at the apex level platform of Co-ordination Committee of Civil Accounts Employees and Officers Associations.
Keeping these aspects into consideration and the importance of the role of Co-ordination Committee of Civil Accounts Employees and Officers Associations in fighting and resolving the issues of the employees and officers of Civil Accounts Organization, we would like to request you to kindly consider our proposal for a meeting of the Co-ordination Committee at the earliest.
With warm greetings,

(Amol V Sule)                                                                                                             (V. Bhattacharjee)
President                                                                                                                     Secretary General
